We are offering to become a partner with you on these conditions mentioned below:

1. The commitment of ₹ 300,000/- for spare parts, battery health check-up machine, Brandings for service Centre, and POP material for promotion & training to one technician.
2. Company will provide technical support in terms of training to thetechnician.
3. Company will charge 10% of profit margin from repair & service charges.
4. Service Centre will be exclusively “WoltMate” multi-brand EVs service Centre.
5. Partner should be liable for day to day activity of the service Centre and maintain proper communication with the company.
6. Spare Parts and technical supports will be provided by the company.
7. All spare parts, battery, chargers and other items need to be purchased from company only.
8. Battery repair charges will be intimated to partner after checking its health status.
